Birch water can help you to stay healthy

There had been said so many about birch water that it is difficult to underestimate it. In this article we just

Rich in vitamins, refreshing, diuretic, fortifying and clearing properties of birch water (aka: birch juice or birch sap) removes harmful
substances from the body, and therefore useful as for adults so for children. For children, it will be
enough one or two, and for adults – two or three glasses a day.
Birch water helps to stimulate the acid-forming function of the stomach, so it is useful to drink in diseases of the
gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by a decrease in acid formation.
Birch juice helps with colds and respiratory diseases. Traditional medicine recommends rinsing the
throat with birch sap, and with a chronic cold, you should drink a glass of fresh sap every morning. By
the way, daily consumption of birch water may help you get rid of headaches and insomnia.
To add more efficiency you can try to mix birch sap with any fruit and vegetable juices, infuse herbs on
it (mint, basil, hyssop, etc.). Healing properties of medicinal plants, vegetables and fruits complement
the medicinal properties of birch sap. So, if you have a severe cough, mix birch juice with carrot and
sugar syrup (1: 1: 1) and drink 1/3 cup five to six times a day (for children – 1-2 tablespoons).
With coughing a birch-and-ayr drink showed relief results. 1 tbsp. of rhizomes of aura pour 3 cups of birch
juice and cook in a tightly closed dish for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, wrap the container in a terry
towel and let it brew for 2 hours. Then you may sweeten it with honey. Take half a cup of this drink
three times a day for half an hour before meals.
With arthritis, edema, rheumatism, a birch-cowberry drink shows effectiveness. For its preparation, 150 g of
cranberry berries are washed, kneaded with a wooden spoon and squeezed the juice. To the squeeze
pour 1 liter of birch water and put it on a low heat for 5 minutes. The broth strain, cool to room
temperature, dissolve in it 150g. of honey and pour in the squeezed cranberry juice.
If you suffer from hypotension, try drinking a birch-lemon drink. Take six washed lemons, remove the
seeds, pass through a blender and pour in 1 liter of birch sap. Leave the tightly closed can in the refrigerator for 36 hours. Then add 500 g of honey, mix thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator
for 36 hours more. This drink is recommended to take by 50 g three times a day for half an hour before
meals.
Birch water helps in the treatment of eczema and psoriasis. It is used in the form of
lotions.
Since ancient times, birch sap has been used in cosmetics. It is useful just to wipe the skin of the face
and neck with fresh birch juice in the morning and in the evening. Especially these procedures are
indicated for dry, fading skin.
For the removal of freckles and blackheads, the removal of inflammatory phenomena traditional
medicine recommends wash in the morning with birch water. Pigmented skin areas should be lubricated,
not wiped, with birch juice four-five times a day.

For the perfect skin tone you may try this lotion: add 100 ml of birch water to 20 ml of alcohol or 15 ml of
glycerin and alcohol. Wipe your face and neck in the morning and evening.
For flaccid, dry, yellowish skin, a mask of honey and birch sap, taken in equal amounts, is recommended.
The mask softens and slightly whitens the skin.
To eliminate dandruff and improve hair growth, it is recommended to rub hair daily with a mixture of
birch sap diluted with regular water and medicinal tincture of marigold in half. To avoid fermentation add a
few spicy cloves and a little cinnamon to a mixture.
Just remember that all these recipes will do good for you if you use only fresh birch sap without
